Client Experience Workflow Support
for Photographers

About Adriana

I’ve been running my boudoir studio since 2013, and over the years I’ve learned that what makes a business feel smooth and supported isn’t just what clients see… it’s everything happening behind the scenes.
The emails, the booking process, the way a client moves from inquiry to actually stepping into your studio… all of that matters.
I didn’t always have it figured out. There were seasons where everything felt manual, overwhelming, and like I was constantly trying to keep up. But over time, I built systems that changed the way my business runs. Using HoneyBook, I created a client experience that feels guided, organized, and aligned with the energy I want my clients to feel when they work with me.
Now, I help other photographers do the same
Not just by “setting things up,” but by creating workflows and systems that actually support you, your time, and the experience you’re giving your clients.
Because your business should feel good behind the scenes too

Rent the Studio

Welcome,
This beautiful space is in Sudbury, Ontario. It is a perfect space for photographers who don't have a space but want a professional studio space for their clients. We have beautiful lighting at all times of day; if you love chasing the light, you will love the outcome of your photographs by using this space.
The studio has two different units, so if you need your model or clients to get their makeup done, you have a space and a room for outfit change. If you need a room to rent out for meetings, we also have a room with a TV where you can meet with your clients in a professional space.
This is a perfect place for New Boudoir photographers trying to create a safe location for clients who want to use something other than a hotel for marathons, etc.

Bridal Show Blueprint
Leave the bridal show with Clients vs dead end leads
My first bridal show was back in 2011, while I was still in college. I remember showing up not really knowing what to expect… trying to make my booth look good, figuring it out as I went, and honestly feeling a little overwhelmed by everything happening around me.
There were so many vendors, so many conversations, and no clear direction on what actually worked or how to turn those quick interactions into real bookings.
Over the years, that changed.
After running my studio since 2013 and attending bridal shows through different seasons of my business, I started to understand what makes a booth stand out, what draws people in, and what actually converts a conversation into a booked client.
It stopped feeling like guesswork and started feeling like a system.
Now, going into 2026, I’m ready to share that with other Photographers.
To help you show up with confidence, create a booth that reflects your brand, and turn those in-person moments into real leads that actually convert into bookings.
Because bridal shows shouldn’t feel overwhelming… they should feel like an opportunity
INSIDE:
Inside the guide, I walk you through everything I’ve learned over the years when it comes to bridal shows… the things I wish I knew when I first started.
We go over how to choose the right shows, how to set up a booth that actually draws people in, and what to say when someone walks up so you don’t feel stuck or unsure in the moment.
I also break down how to turn those conversations into real bookings, not just leads that disappear after the show, and how to follow up in a way that feels natural but still converts.
It’s a mix of strategy, real experience, and the little things that make a big difference… so you can show up feeling more confident, prepared, and actually excited for your next show.
My 2018 booth vs my 2020 booth… night and day.
Up until 2018, I felt like I was showing up with a science fair project instead of actually showcasing my art and my brand.
The biggest thing I tell new business owners?
👉 Your booth IS your brand.
You have to be willing to invest in how you show up. I’ve spent thousands on my booth… and that turned into bookings, trust, and clients booking on the spot.
